      Cancel or Delete Your Teamwork.com Account

      Cancelling your Teamwork.com subscription will allow you to downgrade to the Free Forever plan or close your account entirely once the current subscription period is over and delete all data associated with the account

      Cancel your Teamwork.com subscription and downgrade to the Free Forever subscription plan

      1. Click your profile image in Teamwork.com's main navigation menu on the left side.
      2. Select Subscription.
      3. Scroll to the Cancel Subscription section.
      4. Click Cancel my subscription. 
      5. Proceed through the cancellation flow and fill out the off-boarding survey.
      6. Click Cancel Plan to complete the process.
       

      Your account and subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Your account then automatically switches to Teamwork.com's Free Forever plan.

       

      Cancel your Teamwork.com subscription delete your Teamwork.com account

      Deleting a Teamwork.com site permanently deletes all of the site's data and removes all account access.
       
      1. Click your profile image in Teamwork.com's main navigation menu.
      2. Select Subscription.
      3. Scroll to the Delete Account section.
      4. Click Delete account.
      5. Select I still want to delete.
      6. Click I still want to delete.
      7. Click Cancel Plan.
       

      Your subscription is cancelled and your Teamwork.com site will be deleted along with its data. This is not reversible.
