How to add a discount code to your Teamwork.com Subscription during the checkout process
Note: Teamwork provides discount codes on a case by case basis to non-profit and educational organizations.
Note: Only site administrators in the owner company have access to the subscription area
Using discount codes when subscribing to a Teamwork.com plan
- Click your profile image in Teamwork.com's main navigation menu.

Select Subscription.

Click Create Subscription in the Your Teamwork Subscription panel.
- Select the Teamwork.com plan you want to subscribe to:
- Click Current Plan to proceed with the plan you're currently trialing.
- Click Select under an alternative plan.

Enter the number of paid seats (standard users) you need in the Seats field. The number of standard user seats currently active on your site is auto-populated.📝 If you purchase less paid seats than are currently being used, then some users will be automatically downgraded to collaborators at checkout.
- Review your Plan Type (and change if necessary).
- Select a Payment Plan:
- Billed annually Hint: there are cost savings here.
- Billed monthly
- Click Continue.
- Enter your card information, contact details, and billing address.
- Check the I have a tax number (VAT no) box under the order summary (if applicable). What's VAT? It's a type of tax. The United States doesn't have it, so it might not sound familiar.
- Click Continue.
- Check the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy box. After you’ve read it…obviously.
- Select the I have a discount code checkbox on the right-hand side to reveal the discount field. Enter your code and click Apply Discount.
- Review your order summary.
- Click Purchase Subscription.
Adding a discount code to an active subscription
- Click your profile image in Teamwork.com's main navigation menu.

Select Subscription.

Click Manage Subscription in the Your Teamwork Subscription panel.
- Click Select under an alternative plan to switch. The plan you're currently subscribed to is labelled Current plan.
- Review your subscription's other details.
- Payment plan (billing frequency) Hint: there are cost savings here with annual billing.
- Paid seats
- Add-ons
- Click Continue.
- Review your card information, contact details, and billing address if necessary.

- Click Continue.
- Review your order summary.

Note: For existing subscriptions, discount codes are applied to future changes made to your subscription only. They do not apply to previous invoices in your subscription history.
